She reflects on the importance of trade, the impasse in the current NAFTA talks, and the damage to U.S. global leadership.   One of the most respected negotiators in Washington, she also reflects on her childhood in Los Angeles, her undergraduate days at Oxford, and Yale Law school - her introduction to the East Coast.
